The conditions that apply to the Hearing Care Welcome Offer. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you book and we will explain it.
- Open to new hearing-care patients of STOTTS. aged 18 or over. "New" means you have not had hearing care with us before.
- One welcome offer per person. It cannot be used with any other STOTTS. offer, promotion or membership benefit.
- The hearing screening and video otoscopy are complimentary at STOTTS. as standard, for everyone. They are listed here so you know what your appointment includes, not as part of the saving.
- The 50% earwax-removal saving applies to your first earwax-removal appointment only, and is calculated against our usual published price for that appointment at the practice you attend.
- The hearing-aid saving is against our own usual price for the same product. It varies by range: £500 is the maximum and applies to our top range only. Lower ranges carry a smaller saving, and some products carry none. Your audiologist will tell you the exact figure before you decide anything.
- The 8-point maintenance check is for hearing aids you already own and is subject to our audiologist being able to service that model.
- Nothing here commits you to buying anything. If a hearing aid is not the right answer for you, we will say so.
- To claim, book a hearing appointment at any STOTTS. practice and mention the welcome offer.
- We may change or withdraw this offer at any time. Appointments already booked will be honoured on the terms that applied when you booked.
