Frequently asked
We are a lifestyle retail healthcare brand, not a high-street optician. That means longer appointments, more time to talk, advanced technology and recommendations made around your life — your vision, your eyewear, your hearing and how you want to feel.
Longer than you may be used to. We build in time for a proper conversation, careful clinical care and considered recommendations, so nothing feels rushed. Typical lengths are shown on each appointment when you book.
Not at all. Whether you are visiting us for the first time or returning after many years, you are very welcome. The easiest way to start is simply to book an appointment or get in touch.
It is our most complete appointment — an advanced eye health assessment combined with lifestyle discovery, visual needs analysis, lens recommendations and personal eyewear styling. It is ideal if you want to see and look your very best.
Yes. Hearing is one of our three pillars, alongside vision and aesthetics. We offer modern hearing assessments, discreet hearing technology, wax removal and ongoing hearing care plans in a calm, stigma-free setting.
Studio Membership is a more considered way to look after your vision, hearing and confidence over time — with enhanced care, priority access, styling and aftercare. It is a membership, not a discount club. Studio Membership launches in Summer 2026 — you can register your interest now to be among the first to join.
We have studios across Greater Manchester and Lancashire, including Swinton, Urmston, Unsworth, Chorley, Burnley and Padiham. You can find your nearest studio on our Locations page.
You can book online at any time, or get in touch and we will help you choose the right appointment. Every page has a Book button to make it easy.
