Discover your STOTTS. Lens Profile
See what your vision could be.
Your prescription only tells part of the story. Tell us how you actually use your eyes — desk, road, reading, outdoors, sport — and we'll build you a personalised Lens Profile: where you may be compromising without noticing, and the STOTTS. configuration we'd recommend for you.
Seven quick screens. About three minutes. No sign-up to start. And if nothing needs to change, we'll say so.
About three minutes · No sign-up to start · Not an eye test — a lifestyle guide, confirmed in practice.
This isn't a lens menu
At STOTTS. we don't start with Bronze, Silver and Gold packages. We start with how you work, drive, read, move, use screens and spend your time — then configure the lens around you: the assessment, the measurements, the design parameters, the light layer and the fitting, assembled for you in practice by the people who will hand you the glasses.
The technology underneath is Nikon Lenswear's. The configuration is ours. Lens technology: Nikon Lenswear. Configuration: STOTTS.
A menu, or a configuration
A lens package decides things before anyone has asked how you live.
What a STOTTS. configuration decides
- Your distancesThe furthest and nearest points you actually use — desk, screens, the room, the road — measured, not assumed.
- Your wearing positionHow the frame sits: wrap angle, pantoscopic tilt, vertex distance — measured in practice where the design accepts it.
- A light layer with a reasonA coating, reactive lens or sun option only for something you told us — never added to raise the price.
- One pair or twoA wardrobe decision made with you: your everyday pair first, a task pair only where it would genuinely do a job better.
- Fitting and reviewFrame dimensions, fitting heights and corridor for the design, then a review after you collect.

How it works
- Tap what is true about your day — seven quick screens, about three minutes.
- Read your Lens Profile: your vision profile, the configuration we'd build and why, in your own words, and what we wouldn't change.
- Bring your current glasses. We validate your prescription, measure the distances you actually use and assemble your configuration in practice.
What it asks
Your screens, your desk, your driving (and after dark), your close work, the light you live in, your sport, what you wear today and the habits you have got used to. Nothing about your prescription — that comes later, in practice.
What it never does
It never diagnoses, never names a tier, never adds a coating without a reason you gave us, and never recommends a lens to someone who wears nothing yet — an eye examination comes first. What we won't recommend, and why.
The seven STOTTS. configurations
- STOTTS. EverydayExcellent general vision from the pair you reach for most
- STOTTS. PrecisionFor days that ask a lot of your eyes at several distances
- STOTTS. ScreenFor screen- and desk-heavy days
- STOTTS. FocusFor sustained, head-down close work
- STOTTS. DriveFor people who drive a lot, and after dark
- STOTTS. LightFor bright, changing and outdoor light
- STOTTS. ActiveFor regular sport with a genuine visual demand
Plus two honest routes — Assessment first and Keep, no new configuration — because the ladder is only credible if "nothing" is a real rung. All seven, explained.
Good to know
Is the STOTTS. Lens Profile an eye test?
No. It is a lifestyle guide built from how you use your eyes, not from your prescription. Everything it suggests is checked against your prescription and measurements in practice, and any change in your vision is an eye examination first.
Do I need to know lens jargon?
No. You tap what is true about your day — desk, road, reading, outdoors, sport. The engine translates that into the configuration we would build, in plain words, with the reasons in your own words.
What if nothing needs changing?
Then it says so. When nothing you tell us earns a change, the honest answer is your current set-up, kept — and we would rather tell you that than sell you a configuration.
Are Nikon lenses exclusive to STOTTS.?
No. Nikon Lenswear supplies opticians across the UK. What is ours is the configuration — the assessment, the measurements, the design parameters, the light layer and the dispensing, assembled for you in practice.
