Unresolved gaps — need a STOTTS dispensing decision

The Nikon guide does not settle these. The engine names a product family only and flags professional validation until each is decided.

  1. ppl_zone_roles — The guide gives no distance / intermediate / near zone-performance copy for any progressive design (pages 4-9 only carry unlabelled illustration figures). What distance/intermediate/near roles should the engine assign to each progressive, and on what basis?
    Why it matters: All seven Role fields on the six progressive records are 'unknown'; without a Stotts rule the engine cannot rank progressives against a lifestyle profile.
  2. ppl_power_vs_w — When should Presio Power Z be preferred over Presio W? The guide positions Power Z for "a reliable and comfortable lens with a wider field of vision" and W for "Progressive lens wearers upgrading from standard solutions", but gives no prescription, lifestyle or price rule.
    Why it matters: The two designs share identical Rx ranges, coatings and Viewfit options; only star rating (4 vs 3.5) and the Z badge differ.
  3. ppl_ultimate_vs_presio_ultimate — When is SeeMax Ultimate Z justified over Presio Ultimate Z? Both share one overview card; the only printed differences are the "+" after five stars (undefined), compulsory Frame Shape and Boxing and Viewfit included as standard on SeeMax Ultimate Z.
